If an item is faulty, please provide us with full details and images at help@coovely.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once the item has been approved for return by us, send us the items to return to this address.
Your item for return should be declared under US$50 for fast customs clearance.

Your item should be returned with your original invoice/receipt within 20 days of receiving the order and if you lost it, you are not able to get a refund.
Make sure that the return after 20 days might be accepted or rejected by our policy and you might be able to get a coupon to use only at our website.

Items to return must be in its original condition, not damaged and washed.
Only requesting a refund is permitted and exchange is not.

[Refund and Processing]

Once your return has been received  and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify the results of processing and the refund options. Original shipping rates are not refunded.
